Where we fly from
Our launch field is on the West Bank of Luxor, near Al Bairat, between the cultivation and the desert edge. You do not need to find it — transfer from your hotel or cruise ship is included and the driver knows the way.
What to include in your message
To get a firm answer in one reply rather than four, tell us:
- The date you want to fly (and a backup date if you have one)
- How many adults and how many children, with the children’s ages
- Your hotel or Nile cruise ship name in Luxor
- Which flight you are interested in — standard, balloon + tour, or premium
Travel agents and tour operators
We work with agents, hotels and cruise companies on standing allocations and agreed net rates. Email us for a rate sheet and our licence and insurance documents.
Press and photography
We host photographers and film crews regularly. Tell us what you need and when, and we will tell you honestly whether the light and the wind will do what you want on those dates.
